This 90-minute film includes a new 60-minute documentary exploring the artist’s extraordinary – and often problematic – achievements, plus a 30-minute private view with me of the National Gallery’s current exhibition of Gauguin’s portraits.

Filmed on location in Tahiti, the Marquesas Islands, France and the UK, it even has the incredible Dominic West reading the written word of Gauguin.
