Gauguin from the National Gallery
Thrilled to be part of ‘Gauguin from the National Gallery’ which will be released in cinemas in the UK from 15th October 2019.
This 90-minute film includes a new 60-minute documentary exploring the artist’s extraordinary – and often problematic – achievements, plus a 30-minute private view with me of the National Gallery’s current exhibition of Gauguin’s portraits.
Filmed on location in Tahiti, the Marquesas Islands, France and the UK, it even has the incredible Dominic West reading the written word of Gauguin.
